Local businesses are the heart and soul of our communities. They also create big economic impacts, by creating jobs, circulating profits, buying local products/services and supporting local causes.
B.C. Buy Local Week is December 2nd-8th 2024. LOCO is planning a workshop to help businesses understand their local impact and how to make the most of Buy Local Week. The workshop is open to businesses across B.C.
Join us to discuss how the buy local campaign can support your business, and how you can engage in the campaign.
The workshop will include both content and connection:
- The impact of your local business
- Tools to communicate local attributes to consumers who care
- An overview of the #BCBuyLocal campaign
- Making the most of buy local marketing
- Digital marketing tips and tricks
- Canada Digital Adoption Program info
Our workshop dates/times are:
- Wednesday September 18th, 4:30-6:00 pm
- Friday September 20th, 9:30-11:00 am
